Sarah Withers FPMI – Managing Director
The Auto-Enrolment Bureau was established in 2013 by Sarah Withers, a qualified pensions professional with many years of experience in dealing with company pension schemes whilst working as an Associate at Barnett Waddingham LLP, the country’s largest firm of independent Actuaries and Pension Consultants. Sarah recognised the huge challenge facing smaller employers in their run up to auto-enrolment and thought they might need a little help! The Auto-Enrolment Bureau was established with a view to providing a true end-to-end solution for auto-enrolment, from pension scheme to payroll.
Sarah holds the industry’s highest formal qualification in pensions management, as a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI). She also holds the Pensions Management Institute’s auto-enrolment qualification, the Certificate in Pensions Automatic Enrolment (CPAE).
Howard Davis, FCA - Executive Director
Howard has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 20 years and has worked in industry as Finance Director and Managing Director. Being a Finance Director for several small companies, he has first-hand experience of the effect that auto-enrolment has on business processes and resources.
